In my most recent role, I’ve led the full-cycle recruitment process for Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Allied Health professionals—from sourcing and screening through interviewing and placement. I conduct resume screening for licensing, certifications, and experience, then run initial phone screenings and in-person interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit for both permanent and temporary roles.
