What I'm looking for

I seek an HR role focused on full-cycle recruitment and onboarding where I can ensure compliance, improve candidate experience, and expand HRIS and payroll expertise within a collaborative, growth-focused team.

I am an HR professional with multi-year experience managing full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and HR compliance for high-volume hiring—handling 50+ roles monthly and preparing onboarding readiness for up to 40 hires per month. I deliver consistent candidate experience while coordinating background checks, I-9 verification, and offer creation.

Currently, I also serve as a Behavior Technician implementing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), collecting session data, and supporting skill acquisition for clients under BCBA supervision.

I hold a BA in Psychology and a PHR certification and am actively pursuing MEDCERTIFY. I work collaboratively with hiring managers and vendors, prioritize process-driven solutions, and focus on improving onboarding efficiency, compliance, and employee readiness.
