I’m a customer-focused Customer Support Representative with two years of experience supporting customers at CS Mena, especially through live chat and digital communication channels. I’m motivated by helping people resolve issues quickly while keeping the conversation professional and clear.

In my role, I assisted customers with inquiries and support requests, communicating effectively in both Arabic and English. I focused on maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving issues, staying attentive to details, and following problem-solving standards.

I also worked with online communication tools and support systems, using written communication to manage conversations efficiently. I enjoy the technical side of support as well, which is reflected in my degree in Cyber Security and my comfort with computer skills and workplace tools.
