What I'm looking for

I'm seeking HR or recruitment opportunities where I can manage full-cycle hiring, strengthen HR operations, support employee development, and contribute to effective policies and compliance.

I'm currently managing end-to-end recruitment at HRMD Solutions, hiring for medical billing, AR, PA, scribing, and support roles. I coordinate hiring needs, source and screen candidates, conduct interviews, manage offers, and maintain hiring KPIs.

Previously, I managed HR functions at Inceptech Solutions Pvt, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, benefits, training, onboarding, employee records, and HR policies.

My experience also includes IT recruitment at Veclar Technologies LLC and HR work at Lala Textile. I bring practical recruiting, compliance, training, and administrative experience supported by professional HR certifications.
