I'm currently an HR Expert at Target Corporation, delivering day-to-day HR services, onboarding, workforce routines, training compliance, and employee recordkeeping through Workday and UKG.
I manage end-to-end new-hire onboarding, HR transactions, timekeeping, scheduling, attendance, and compliance tracking while partnering with site leaders on staffing, retention, engagement, and labor planning.
Previously, I led full-cycle technical recruiting for NextQuarter and U.S.-based consulting clients across software engineering, Salesforce, and AI/ML roles. I reduced time-to-fill from 45 to 28 days, supported approximately 12 hires per quarter, and helped scale headcount from 20 to 55 employees across the U.S. and India.
Across my HR and recruiting career, I've built sourcing pipelines, improved candidate and onboarding experiences, supported policy and compliance processes, and coordinated stakeholders across geographies. I hold an MBA in Human Resource Management and Marketing.
