I’m an Application Support Engineer with hands-on experience in production support, application deployment, IIS administration, SQL Server troubleshooting, and Windows Server environments. I’ve supported high-scale governmental and financial systems serving 1M+ users, handling 100+ tickets/week while performing RCA and managing incidents within SLAs.

I deploy and configure enterprise web applications on Windows Server and IIS across production environments, administering websites, application pools, bindings, SSL configuration, and app pool recycling for stability and performance. I investigate production issues with Event Viewer, IIS logs, application logs, and SQL Server queries, and I automate monitoring and maintenance using PowerShell to reduce repetitive manual effort.

I also own release/change management—preparing deployment notes and documentation, following CAB processes, executing approved SQL scripts, and validating rollouts via smoke testing and production validation steps with minimal downtime. I operate with strong governance and compliance, ensuring audit readiness, data integrity, and regulatory requirements while communicating clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders to drive timely resolution.
