I’m seeking a remote customer support or call center position where I can handle customer needs confidently, use my cold calling and sales communication skills, resolve problems efficiently, and grow professionally. I’m available for immediate start.

I’m a motivated, hardworking professional with hands-on experience in cold calling, sales, and customer interaction. In real estate sales, I made 300–400 outbound calls daily to potential clients, generated leads, handled objections and rejections professionally, and maintained high performance under pressure.

Alongside my sales work, I spent 10 years in a retail environment (Family Fabric Shop), where I assisted customers in choosing suitable products, handled customer complaints, and resolved issues efficiently. I bring strong persuasion and communication skills, problem-solving ability, and I’m comfortable working remotely—available for immediate start and flexible with working hours, including night shifts.
