I coordinate operations and project delivery for South Hambleton & Ryedale Primary Care Network, supporting Urgent Care, CGA Clinics, and services across seven GP practices.

I manage monthly staffing rotas across two Urgent Care hubs and led a £60,000 winter pressures budget to establish additional capacity, source clinical staff, and oversee remote delivery across sites.

I keep services running through staff onboarding, system access, SOPs, equipment and stock management, meeting coordination, patient pathways, and shared document systems. I also support IT troubleshooting, data governance, activity tracking, and feedback reporting.

Alongside this, I provide administrative and operational support for Mountain Healthcare's multi-agency crisis service, coordinating clinicians, bookings, confidential documentation, and communication with police and external agencies.
