I’m a Master of Commerce (Management) graduate with over 5.5 years of experience across banking operations, trade finance, payment processing, SWIFT messaging, corporate banking operations, and regulatory compliance.

At EmiratesNBD, I processed trade finance transactions (Export Finance and Import Letters of Credit) and handled Bank Guarantees from issuance to invocations. I verified trade documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies, Central Bank regulations, and international banking standards, while building automation and SOPs that improved turnaround time and reduced operational risk. I also supported the migration of Trade Finance operations from the UAE to India and helped operationally set up two new branches in India.

Earlier, as an Executive at SevenS Banking (posted at EmiratesNBD), I transmitted accurate SWIFT and SFMS messages and managed Reserve Bank of India regulatory reporting, including R-Returns, EDPMS, and IDPMS. I proactively resolved operational issues through clear stakeholder communication, and supported Treasury Operations through Nostro account reconciliations and funding activities.

Alongside this, I strengthened my operational discipline as an Operations Associate at Randstad (posted at Mizuho Bank Ltd.) through document verification, audit support, and SLA-driven processing of domestic and international Bank Guarantees and loan transactions. I also brought client-facing advisory strengths from managing a portfolio of over 250 clients as a Retail Executive Advisor, and foundational people/process skills from an HR Executive internship at Global Survivor—always focused on accuracy, continuous learning, and service excellence.
