What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a remote-ready role where I can improve Salesforce and CRM processes, lead business analysis, support global teams, and contribute to automation and AI-driven customer engagement.

I'm currently supporting Pall Corporation’s global CRM operations as a CRM Analyst, leading business analysis for LiveChat and Enquiry Management projects. I gather requirements, map workflows, coordinate UAT and training, and support phased deployment readiness.

I work closely with developers and business teams to test functionality, resolve CRM tickets, maintain Salesforce reporting, and support SAP–Salesforce data consistency. I also troubleshoot quote and PDF-generation issues to keep sales processes moving.

Previously at Infovista, I delivered Salesforce support and enhancements through ServiceNow and Azure DevOps, optimised flows, improved data quality, and built reports for Sales and Marketing. My background also includes IT delivery, infrastructure services, project management, and sales operations across Accenture, IBM, Dell Technologies, HPE, and DXC Technology.
