What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply my Tier I-III support, systems administration, device lifecycle, identity management, and cybersecurity foundations in a role focused on reliable infrastructure, timely problem resolution, and strong customer service.

I've supported more than 200 users at COPIC Insurance, resolving Tier I-III technical issues through remote and direct assistance while managing Jira ticket queues.

I administer complete device lifecycles through Intune, Endpoint imaging, ActiveSync, and mobile device management. I've also managed identity and access through Active Directory and Exchange Admin Center, maintained Citrix virtual machines, and supported conference-room audio-visual and video-conferencing equipment.

At Triangle Petroleum, I managed IT hardware and software assets, established two Active Directory forests, and built a WSUS virtual machine for company-wide automatic updates. I also created a test lab, produced trend analysis reporting, and completed two company relocations with workstation and VoIP implementation.

Earlier, I delivered global Tier I support for 4,000 users at General Dynamics Information Technology and led operational planning and personnel development in the United States Army. I'm currently building further cybersecurity, networking, Windows configuration, and computer-forensics fundamentals through the Cyber Technician program at Pickens Technical College.
