Aaron Spoonts
@aaronspoonts
I improve IT operations, workflows, and technical systems for users, teams, and growing organizations.
What I'm looking for
I owned enterprise IT systems at Conveyors Inc., leading an ERP transition to Sage 100, expanding virtualized Active Directory infrastructure, and building IT roadmaps, documentation, and training from scratch.
I contained an Akira-style malware breach within 48 hours with an EDR partner, restoring operations before data was compromised. I also reduced vendor and service-contract costs by 45–56% and hardware acquisition costs by 28% without reducing capability.
At ReturnPro, I progressed from T1 Technician to Technician Manager within two months and built an electronics repair department for a high-volume reverse-logistics operation. I hired and trained technicians, established KPIs and SLAs, standardized repair and reporting processes, and improved operational visibility across teams.
Through my independent consulting practice, I’ve solved complex hardware, software, audio-production, creative-tool, and electronics challenges since 2010. I’m focused on making complex tools and workflows easier to use, support, and rely on.
