At Recruiter UMES, I lead on-campus recruitment and student engagement initiatives that support enrollment objectives and the prospective-student experience. I supervise a 50+ member workforce of student employees and volunteers, setting expectations, schedules, and service standards.
I coordinate campus recruitment, tours, admissions programming, events, and digital engagement with university departments and external partners. I use recruitment, participation, staffing, and operational information to identify gaps and adjust programs.
At Somerset County Public Schools, I delivered classroom instruction and tutoring, using student performance data to identify learning needs and adjust instructional strategies. I also developed instructional resources and intervention strategies aligned with school-system standards.
Earlier, I managed store operations at MEN'S WEARHOUSE — Maryland and coordinated wedding wardrobe programs from consultation through delivery. I hold a Master of Science in Cybersecurity Engineering Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in History from University of Maryland Eastern Shore.
