What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue building employer partnerships, leading recruiting operations, and creating meaningful opportunities and experiences that connect students with employers.

At Cornell SC Johnson College of Business, I lead recruiting staff and employer engagement efforts across undergraduate, specialized master’s, and MBA programs.

I manage on-campus recruiting initiatives, events, and employer partnerships, helping employers shape strategies for engaging Cornell talent while creating meaningful experiences for students.

Previously, I coordinated career programming and annual College of Business career fairs, from site contracting and employer registration through marketing and day-of management. I also served as an early contact for employers and alumni recruiting students.

My background combines relationship-building, operations, marketing, event planning, customer support, and team training. I enjoy connecting people and opportunities in ways that create lasting impact for students and employer partners.
