I am an IT Applications Analyst and Technical Program Lead with 7+ years scaling SaaS ecosystems, automation workflows, and internal tools across legal, government, and enterprise environments. I bridge engineering and operations to deliver secure, compliant, and efficient systems that reduce manual work and control costs.

At The Wagner Law Group I led the firmwide implementation of Jira Cloud for case management, built custom workflows, automations, and dashboards, and developed Python/PHP automation tools that saved staff 15+ hours weekly. I also built a HIPAA-compliant document storage system, supervised IT and administrative staff, and ran 20+ adoption trainings to reduce support ticket volume.

At the County of Sacramento I led an enterprise migration from Jira/Confluence Server to Cloud, implemented Jira Service Management projects and SLAs, partnered with Information Security during audits for HIPAA/GDPR compliance, and created leadership dashboards and performance metrics to inform staffing and support decisions.

As a freelance developer I design database-driven web apps (HTML/CSS, PHP, MySQL), desktop automation utilities, and API integrations (Slack, Google Drive, Airtable) to enable real-time syncs and workflow alerts. I focus on documentation, training enablement, and aligning IT systems with business strategy to improve adoption and reduce SaaS spend.
