I’m a results-driven ServiceNow Developer with hands-on experience implementing enterprise-level ITSM, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog solutions. I use client-side and server-side scripting, ACL configuration, UI customization, and REST API integrations (including IntegrationHub) to automate workflows end to end.

In my current role as an Associate Consultant – ServiceNow Developer, I’ve designed outbound and inbound ServiceNow–Lenovo integrations for device fulfilment, including response-handling logic, conditional follow-up tasks, and shipment lifecycle templates. I also implement ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, and HRSD) with Agile/Scrum practices—building record producers, dynamic forms, triplet dependencies, SLA management, escalations, RCA workflows, approvals, and CMDB/Discovery integration—while supporting SIT/UAT, root cause analysis, defect resolution, and stable production deployments. As a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, I’m committed to scalable, high-quality delivery and continuous improvement through testing and debugging.
