In my role as Guest Relations & Operations at Radisson Blu, Faridabad, I managed high-volume client relationships daily and consistently upheld brand standards. I proactively identified client needs, resolved escalated conflicts swiftly and professionally, and supported repeat satisfaction through strong service delivery.

I also developed a disciplined operational foundation through my Industrial Trainee experience at WelcomHotel by ITC Hotels.
