What I'm looking for

I am seeking guest-facing hospitality roles where I can deliver exceptional service, grow in hotel operations, and take on responsibilities in guest relations or HR.

I am a hospitality professional currently pursuing a role as a Guest Service Associate, with hands-on training and work experience across well-known hotels and travel-hostel operations. I have completed industrial training at The Lalit Mangar, served as a Guest Relations Associate at Neelams Grand Goa, worked in HR at Radisson Blu Plaza Gurgaon, and am currently working as a Guest Service Associate at Gostops Pvt Ltd in Mussoorie/Dehradun.

I bring strong communication, team spirit, and experience operating IDS systems, supplemented by a Diploma in Bachelor of Hotel Management with high marks. I am focused on delivering excellent guest experiences and contributing to efficient operations in hospitality environments.
