I’m an L2 Support Engineer with 3+ years of experience ensuring production stability and system performance. I monitor services using Datadog (APM, RUM), mitigate Sev1 outages, and use root cause analysis (RCA) with SQL/JavaScript execution logic to accelerate engineering fixes and reduce MTTR.
I manage high-volume ETL workflows with Apache Airflow, troubleshoot scheduling and extraction issues, and support databases across PostgreSQL and Snowflake through targeted SQL and performance optimization. I also handle cloud-to-cloud integrations for reliable data synchronization, deliver customer resolutions that consistently outperform a 72-hour SLA with 95%+ CSAT, and support enterprise onboarding through SAML 2.0 metadata exchange and user provisioning automation (RBAC).
