I am an experienced IT manager and system administrator with a strong background in designing and operating reliable infrastructure. I hold multiple certifications including RHCSA, AWS Practitioner, and Microsoft server credentials, and I am pursuing a professional Masters in IT.

I built and operated full factory networks from scratch, implemented dual internet redundancy, deployed IP phone systems, and coordinated factory-wide CCTV and public address systems. I integrated Hikvision face-recognition attendance devices with HR software and worked closely with external vendors and developers to ensure smooth collaboration.

I manage hosting and cloud services across platforms such as GoDaddy, AWS, SoftLayer, and local providers, perform routine server health checks, configure SSL/TLS and Cloudflare for security, and maintain FTP and employee-tracking systems. I provide technical support to offshore clients and local offices and lead technical support efforts.
