I am an IT professional with 25 years of hands-on experience leading infrastructure, networking, and technical support for large apparel and corporate environments. I have progressed from system support and hardware engineering roles to senior IT leadership positions overseeing multi-site operations.
Currently serving as Assistant General Manager, ICT, I manage ERP uptime, vendor relationships, annual IT budgets, and cross-departmental IT roadmaps while ensuring security and business continuity. I have led end-to-end implementations and acted as project manager and technical lead on major system rollouts.
Earlier roles include IT Manager, MIS Manager and Deputy Manager where I built and supported LAN/WAN topologies, Active Directory migrations, SQL Server administration, firewall and proxy deployments, and large-scale network cabling with fiber backbones.
