I've supported Windy Group's IT operations across networking, infrastructure, security, hardware, and enterprise systems for more than six years.

As Sr. Executive IT, I manage computer systems, troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues, monitor network health, and improve configurations based on operational requirements.

I recently completed a major IT project for a 70-line garments factory, covering overall networking, CCTV, PA systems, access points, and IP telephone infrastructure. I also provide support for MikroTik routers, Hikvision and ZKTeco devices, SAN, video walls, switches, laptops, and ERP systems.

I'm experienced in LAN, WAN, wireless networks, backup planning, server and data-center management, routing, firewalls, VPNs, VMware, Hyper-V, and user training. I focus on keeping systems secure, documented, and reliable for staff across the organization.
