In my current Operations / Support Specialist role, I manage day-to-day workflows across client campaigns and support queues for crypto and fintech projects.

I coordinate candidate and client communications through email, chat, and ticketing systems, and maintain records in CRM systems and spreadsheets. I also monitor shared inboxes, prioritize urgent requests, and escalate issues according to SOPs.

I’ve identified process bottlenecks and proposed improvements that reduced response time and error rate. I also support internal teams with scheduling, follow-ups, and reporting.

Previously, as a Customer Support & Operations Associate, I handled user inquiries through live chat and email, prepared weekly operational summaries, and assisted with onboarding and SOP updates. I’m available for fully remote work with significant EST overlap.
