What I'm looking for

I’m looking for operations work where I can run automated workflows, maintain reliable account operations, and improve processes with data and technical troubleshooting—ideally supporting internet-based projects with fast, consistent execution.

I’m an operations-focused specialist experienced in managing large-scale digital projects, account ecosystems, automated workflows, and online communities. I handle thousands of accounts while maintaining operational databases, coordinating automated systems, and optimizing business processes.

In operations roles, I managed approximately 900 gaming consoles and 4,500+ accounts, coordinated account lifecycle management, and maintained operational databases, spreadsheets, and reporting systems. I also managed CS2 account operations end to end and configured and maintained trade bots, inventory handling, and sales processes.

I’ve also led large-scale Telegram outreach and messaging campaigns, managing audience engagement and communication workflows while analyzing performance and optimizing messaging strategies.
