At PROMARINE (SPANOPOULOS GROUP), I support marine operations for the dredging of the Port of Piraeus and construction of the new Piraeus Cruise Terminal. I coordinate the daily deployment of barges and tugboats, working with project management, vessel crews, contractors and port authorities.
At COCO-MAT GROUP, I led the establishment and day-to-day management of a manufacturing facility, transforming a warehouse into a production plant in approximately 10 weeks. I managed manufacturing, procurement and product development, and led a multidisciplinary team of 32 employees.
