Eleni Doumeni

I'm currently managing procurement operations, monitoring stock across three distribution centers, two production units and nine branches while coordinating purchase forecasting and deliveries.

I manage seven global suppliers across Asia and Europe and approve orders and payments for Croatian and Montenegrin external vendors. I also resolve discrepancies between purchase orders, pricing and invoices in a precise manner.

Moreover, I am very familiar with payment reports and handling purchase orders from quotation until delivery.

With a BSc in Maritime Studies and advanced training in shipping operations and port management, I'm building my career across procurement, logistics, and maritime operations, but I’m always open to new challenges that require organisation and collaboration.
