At Appier, I support the Korean region as a Senior Technical Solutions Engineer, resolving customer issues and answering escalated technical questions about Appier products globally.
I troubleshoot issues with developers, investigate MMP and Appier Report discrepancies, and build internal tools and scripts to streamline operations and visualize and analyze data. I also translate customer requirements into deliverable solutions, product features, and AI-powered recommendations with the data science team.
Previously, I worked in quality assurance at Bandai Namco Entertainment Taiwan and provided Korean-English translation for diplomats through the Korean Government and Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
