What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a people and organisational development role in a product or tech company, where I can build scalable leadership structures, strengthen managers, and connect team decisions with business outcomes.

At Itransition, I led a mobile department in a 2,000+ person IT company, growing the unit from around 40 to 80+ people while building a second management layer and delegating real authority to unit leads.

I've owned staffing, hiring, performance, career development, workload, delivery priorities, and unit economics, linking people decisions to financial outcomes and target margins of 18–20%+. After 2023, I've expanded into psychology and consulting, supporting personal, career, and management requests, and I'm now focused on people and organisational development roles in product or tech companies.
