At Softteco, I manage a QA team and work as Lead QA Engineer on a B2B payments solution. The platform supports payment scheduling and automatic payments, with integrations for payment management and document recognition.

I coordinate QA Leads and manual and automation QAs, supporting hiring, onboarding, training, and professional growth. I also work with tech leads on software version and release processes, and support integrations with client partners.
