What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a fractional COO, interim operations, remote/global operations, Chief of Staff, program management, enterprise customer success, or remote-first startup general management role where I can scale processes and coordinate cross-functional teams.

I've led operations and strategy at Bumtara LLC since 2014, building process standards and staff training programs that reduced production errors while managing production, sales, compliance, and market-driven strategy.

Alongside my Managing Director role at Fan-Group LLC, I support the launch of medical and agricultural absorbent products through construction planning, contractor negotiations, equipment installation, and product positioning. Previously, I co-founded and built BTGroup's supply channels, partner network, and client geography in Russia.

In 2026, I independently built two digital products using AI tools: a platform with a database, Telegram bot, and analytics reporting system, plus a mobile mini-app with its own database and bot. I bring that hands-on product discipline to remote operations, cross-functional delivery, and distributed teams.
