What I'm looking for

I'm looking to develop as a Technical Support Engineer in cloud communications and telecom, working with technologies such as SMPP, VoIP, and SIP.

I've spent five years at D-Profile LLC managing customer communication, resolving incoming requests, and coordinating solutions across departments.

I'm currently developing web applications independently with Python, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL, troubleshooting application, database, and deployment issues. My work includes REST APIs, HTTP, backend infrastructure, and a database-driven industrial catalogue system with complex filtering.

I'm looking to grow as a Technical Support Engineer in cloud communications and telecom, with interests in SMPP, VoIP, and SIP.
