I’m a versatile operations professional with 4 years 11 month experience, now focusing on the AI industry. I hold a Bachelor of Economics (Finance) and a Master of Laws (Social Work), and I bring a strong blend of communication, coordination, and data-driven execution.

In my recent role as an Office Supervisor, I managed dynamic scheduling and attendance verification for over 70 employees across 13 shift patterns using the WeCom scheduling system. I also independently ran the full procurement cycle with nearly RMB 5 million annual spend, built process flowcharts for training and audits, and reduced the average processing cycle by 2 days.

Cross-functional collaboration has been central to my work. I served as the primary point of contact for 6 internal and external teams (Finance, Safety & Quality, suppliers, and Legal), coordinated payment disputes, and supported operations to avoid incidents at the project site.
