I’m an operations and program manager with nearly a decade at Apple, focused on delivering measurable quality outcomes and reliable program execution across complex, cross-functional work. I’ve earned repeated promotion by staying dependable under pressure and aligning teams around clear standards.

In program leadership roles, I manage concurrent launches and ensure operational readiness end-to-end—using Agile methods, rigorous documentation, and pre-launch quality control. Most recently, I execute and maintain 10–25 affordability offers and digital coupons while coordinating 4–6 teams to schedule, test, and launch promotions, including UAT testing for new tools.

Before that, I led real-time store and service operations—cutting average customer wait time by 10 minutes and helping my team sustain top store metrics using Tableau dashboards and scheduling tools. I’ve also supported customers across live chat, trained peers on updated procedures, and later extended my QA judgment into AI model training for image, video, and audio content evaluation against detailed prompts.
