Zelh is a fast-growing, passionate outsourcing company.

Our mission is to be the most reliable company by offering and maintaining high-quality services consistently.

We achieve the mission by fostering long-term relationships with customers, employees, and vendors. Personal attention, timely communication, and respect for all people are the basis of our business philosophy!

Our client is a U.S.-based freight brokerage company operating in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, focused on delivering reliable truckload transportation solutions across the domestic market.

Position Overview:

Carrier Representatives are the engine behind our ability to execute. This is not a “post and pray” role; we are building a team of professionals who understand the freight market, move with urgency, and build real carrier relationships. Carrier Reps are expected to take ownership of coverage, think critically under pressure, and operate with discipline in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Load Coverage & Execution

  • Secure capacity for customer shipments across dry van, reefer, flatbed, and specialized modes

  • Manage multiple loads simultaneously with clear prioritization based on urgency and service impact

  • Ensure on-time pickup and delivery through proactive communication and tracking

Carrier Sourcing & Network Development

  • Build and maintain a reliable carrier network, not just transactional load board coverage

  • Develop lane-specific carrier relationships to improve consistency and pricing

  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels beyond load boards (direct outreach, relationship building, repeat carriers)

Negotiation & Rate Management

  • Negotiate competitive rates aligned with market conditions and lane history

  • Avoid overpaying through proper use of tools like Greenscreens and historical data

  • Escalate appropriately when market conditions shift or challenges arise

Operational Discipline

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date load information within the TMS

  • Follow defined workflows for communication, updates, and documentation

  • Ensure all loads have clear ownership and status visibility at all times

Collaboration & Communication

  • Work closely with Customer Sales and Track & Trace teams to ensure seamless execution

  • Provide timely updates on uncovered, at-risk, or delayed shipments

  • Communicate proactively with carriers and internal teams

What Success Looks Like (KPIs)

  • High coverage ratio with minimal service failures

  • Strong on-time pickup and delivery performance

  • Consistent use of repeat carriers vs. one-off coverage

  • Competitive buy rates aligned with market benchmarks

  • Accurate and timely system updates and communication

Required Tools & Technology

Candidates should have experience with:

  • Load boards: DAT

  • Tracking tools: Trucker Tools

  • Pricing tools: Greenscreens

  • Compliance tools: Highway, SaferWatch / Safer Stat

  • TMS platforms (experience preferred)

  • Communication tools: email, internal chat systems

Requirements

  • 2-3 + years of experience in Carrier Sales / Capacity / Freight Brokerage

  • Experience in a high-volume brokerage environment

  • Strong understanding of rate negotiation and market dynamics

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple loads effectively

  • Proven experience building carrier relationships, not solely relying on load boards

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as DAT, Trucker Tools, Greenscreens, Highway, or similar

  • Strong sense of urgency, ownership, and problem-solving skills

Workingconditions:

  • Working schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 8:00 AM EST

  • Work mode - hybrid/remote

  • Competitive Salary in USD

  • 10+ business days of paid time off

  • Equipment provided

What began in 2017 as a focused outstaffing and outsourcing company has blossomed into Zelh, a multifaceted organization dedicated to empowering businesses to scale and streamline their operations. The journey started with a clear mission: to provide reliable, high-quality remote staffing solutions, allowing companies to focus on their core objectives. Initially making its mark in the logistics industry, Zelh leveraged deep expertise in this complex and ever-changing sector to offer innovative solutions. The founders, Tony Radchishin, with his extensive background in logistics and technology, and Yuriy Radchishin, with his engineering prowess, laid the groundwork for a company that was built on a philosophy of client-centricity and trust. They understood that true partnership meant listening intently to a client's needs and defining the right goals to achieve remarkable results.

As Zelh grew, so did its vision. The company expanded its services beyond logistics to cater to a wider range of industries, including technology, engineering, and accounting. This evolution led to the emergence of specialized divisions like Zelh Tech and Zelh Logistics, each designed to provide tailored expertise. Zelh Tech became the hub for software development, offering everything from UI/UX design and web development to complex SaaS solutions. Meanwhile, Zelh Logistics continued to innovate within its founding industry, transforming how logistics companies build and manage their teams. With a global presence, including offices in the United States, Poland, and Ukraine, Zelh has cultivated a vast talent pool of skilled professionals. This international reach allows them to connect businesses with the best minds from around the world, fostering diversity and bringing a wealth of experience to every project. Today, Zelh stands as a testament to its founding principles, continuing to help businesses navigate challenges, drive growth, and build a more efficient and successful future through its comprehensive staffing and technology solutions.
