Sales - BDR

Our client is looking for aSales – BDRto manage warm lead follow-up for a specialized medical services practice. They operate within the healthcare and medical services industry and have experienced consistent growth over recent years by offering patient-focused solutions and modern sales processes.

This role is ideal for a sales professional who is confident, personable, and comfortable guiding prospects through a consultative sales journey while maintaining strict standards of trust and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with inbound and warm leads via phone, text, and email

• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through appointment scheduling

• Answer questions, address concerns, and guide prospects toward informed decisions

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the CRM system

• Coordinate appointment scheduling and ensure a smooth handoff to internal teams

• Uphold patient privacy, confidentiality, and trust at all times

• Communicate professionally and empathetically with prospective patients

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Comfort engaging with warm leads and conducting follow-up conversations

• Ability to manage multiple conversations while staying organized

• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
