Our client is looking for a Full-Time Junior Graphic Designerto support their marketing and design teams by delivering precise, high-quality print and digital materials. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented design professional eager to grow within a global corporate environment. The Junior Production Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing studio and design teams, providing production support for a wide range of materials — from brochures and client proposals to digital campaigns and internal communications.
ResponsibilitiesExecute and format corporate marketing materials, ensuring consistency with established brand guidelines.
Produce print and digital assets including brochures, presentations, flyers, proposals, eblasts, and client-facing materials.
Support graphic design and marketing studio teams with high-volume production work while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
Work on business development materials, RFPs, and property marketing collateral with exceptional attention to detail.
Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure all graphics requests are handled on time and aligned with brand standards.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adapting to shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
Prepare, organize, and optimize design files for both print and digital delivery.
Follow through on feedback and apply revisions effectively, ensuring the highest quality in all deliverables.

RequirementsRecent graduate or early-career professional inGraphic Designor a related field, with up to 2 years of design or production experience.
Strong proficiency inAdobe Creative Cloud(InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CC Libraries).
Familiarity withMicrosoft Office Suite(Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
Understanding ofcorporate branding, layout principles, typography, and color theory across print and digital platforms.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage repetitive design production work with precision.
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to take direction well, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
Recent graduate or early-career professional inGraphic Designor a related field, with up to 2 years of design or production experience.
