Our client is looking for aClinic Schedulerto join their team on a full-time, 100% remote basis. This role plays a critical part in keeping clinical workflows running smoothly. The Clinic Scheduler works closely with providers and internal teams to ensure appointments are confirmed, documentation is accurate, and patients stay on track with their care plans.
ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and manage daily schedules for doctors and physical therapists.
Serve as the primary point of contact for provider-facing scheduling needs.
Follow up consistently on upcoming and missed appointments.
Collect, organize, and update visit notes and required scheduling data.
Maintain accurate records within the EMR and scheduling systems.
Communicate professionally and clearly with clinical staff.
Identify scheduling gaps and proactively resolve conflicts.
Ensure a smooth flow of appointments while supporting continuity of care.

Previous experience in medical or clinical scheduling.

Availability to work full time in a remote setup.
