Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in telehealth, 24/7, nationwide scheduling, workforce coordination, or clinical operations support
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and scheduling or workforce management systems
- Experience working in a remote or distributed healthcare environment
- Experience supporting clinician, provider, or behavioral health schedules
