FP&A Analyst

Welcome to our Finance Department, the fiscal compass guiding our fast-growing HR tech company. The Finance & Data Analytics position is the driving force behind our organization's financial strategy and decision-making. The role is pivotal in ensuring accuracy, forecasting future financial outcomes, and providing actionable insights to support key stakeholders in making informed decisions that align with our overall business objectives.

What you'll do…

• Building, updating and maintaining financial models including actuals and forecasts
• Creating management accounts
• Performing analyses on various datasets to analyse performance and understand key drivers
• Creating dashboards in PowerBI to visualise KPIs
• Creating presentations to report performance for various stakeholders
• Liaising with various departments to ensure our financial models reflect changes at the company

What we're looking for…

• A successfully completed university degree in a business-related field, or equivalent qualification
• 3-4 years of finance experience in a similar role
• Demonstrated proficiency in Excel and strong financial modeling skills
• High level of commitment and personal responsibility
• Organized, hands-on, analytical, and accuracy-obsessed
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
