This L&D Solutions Consultant will design, develop, deploy, and assess learning and development solutions for employees. They will act as an internal consultant, providing services across multiple business units and leveraging various delivery methods like online modules, instructor-led sessions, and virtual training. The role involves creating learning experiences, facilitating sessions, and evaluating effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree – English or related discipline required; Masters Degree preferred
- 6+ years of current experience as an Instructional Designer (or equivalent role)
- 5+ years owning L&D programs end-to-end
- 5+ years managing multiple projects end-to-end without close supervision
- Ability to facilitate ILT/VILT sessions
