Senior Corporate Counsel

We are seeking a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience advising international technology companies to join our Corporate & Commercial legal team as a Senior Corporate Counsel. The successful candidate will drive cross-functional projects, support our continued expansion across multiple jurisdictions, and serve as a trusted advisor to leadership.

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with at least 6 years' post-qualification experience gained in a top-tier law firm and/or in-house at a multinational technology company
• Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-border corporate and commercial projects, particularly involving Europe, the UK, and the US
• Proven track record supporting international technology companies and navigating diverse regulatory environments
• Exceptional drafting and negotiation skills with the ability to structure and close a wide range of agreements
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with an ability to drive initiatives from inception to completion while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams, with minimum supervision
• Fluency in English at a C1 level, other languages are a plus
• Excellent communicator and confident negotiator with the ability to simplify complex legal issues for non-lawyers and influence stakeholders at all levels
• High degree of business acumen, problem-solving aptitude, and ability to balance legal risk against business objectives
