Senior Legal Counsel

Deel is an all-in-one payroll and HR platform for global teams. We're looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to advise on employment and commercial legal matters, ensure compliance with local and global regulations, and provide legal support across various business functions.

Requirements

• Advise senior management on employment and commercial legal matters.
• Oversee compliance and risk management strategies.
• Guide junior legal professionals and foster team development.
• Represent the company in legal proceedings and regulatory discussions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate high value contracts, including vendor agreements, NDAs, customer contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Build and maintain relationships with external counsel, regulators, and key stakeholders
