Responsibilities
- Hands-on leadership of a team of full-cycle recruiters for technical and non-technical roles, which includes: sourcing, screening resumes, performing interviews, closing offers, and advising hiring managers.
- Collaborate closely and create effective partnerships with hiring managers and area leaders to deliver on organizational needs
- Strong focus on organizing sourcing efforts across all functions; (1) Develop and implement innovative strategies through internet research, LinkedIn, GitHub, Open Source project lists, networking and more and (2) Run experiments to optimize response rates and successful hires
- Leverage data to increase quality of hires and time-to-close: strong emphasis on collecting data at every stage of the recruiting process to inform and optimize search criteria
- Provide guidance to recruiters on handling career and compensation conversations with candidates
- Recruiting branding: partner with key stakeholders on projects to strengthen our talent brand
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5-10 years experience with hands-on experience as well as leadership experience primarily recruiting and sourcing for Engineering, Product and Design roles
- Proven analytical skills and strong interest in creating, evaluating and optimizing sourcing efforts
- Experience with tracking success and establishing metrics for recruiting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated experience partnering with hiring managers on hiring initiatives and achieving clearly defined goals
- Passion for finding diverse talent and championing inclusion throughout the hiring process and within the company
- Strong work ethic, and who thrives in an ever changing startup environment
