Virtual Assistant - Admin Assistant (Law)

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with exceptional written skills to join our team remotely. This position entails providing administrative support to our client's law firm and assisting lawyers with various tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist lawyers with administrative tasks such as: drafting correspondence, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
• Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases.
• Prepare and proofread legal documents, including briefs, contracts, and agreements.
• Manage client communications and inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of legal documents and correspondence.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for lawyers.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in either Law, English languages, Philosophy or Sociology.
• Exhibit excellent communication and written skills, ability to take initiatives, attention to detail and in prioritizing daily tasks.
• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role, preferably within a legal environment.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
