Virtual Assistant - Event Planner

We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to businesses of all sizes. We are currently looking for a Virtual Assistant Executive Assistant with expertise/background in event planning to join our client's team.

In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the client's team, managing schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Handle communication on behalf of executives and ensure timely responses to emails and inquiries.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in dealing with sensitive information.
• Coordinate and execute group travel plans for clients, including negotiating hotel group contracts and sourcing appropriate venues.
• Collaborate with vendors, airlines, and accommodation providers to ensure smooth logistics for group events.
• Manage event budgets effectively and seek cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant with a background in event planning, especially in group travel.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

• Availability to start immediately.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in virtual communication tools and office software.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team.
