Our sales organization culture is dynamic, high energy and well versed on our industry. In this role you will develop new business opportunities with marquee Health Plans in our healthcare vertical. We are looking for an individual that understands healthcare technology and can represent Ushur to our top-tier Healthcare Payer customers and select prospective customers as a Strategic Account Manager. This role reports to our Healthcare Vice President. This position will require about 50% travel.
What You'll Do
- This individual will be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with numerous key decision-makers at each of your assigned Strategic Health Plan accounts
- Develop and manage account plans for our largest Health Plan customers and prospects that includes how you will engage leaders responsible for digital transformation, customer experience and operations
- Become a trusted advisor to client executives by understanding their needs and business objectives, demonstrating industry awareness and co-creating high impact business solutions with the Ushur platform
- Focus relentlessly on expanding the use and growth of the Ushur platform within your assigned list of strategic customer accounts and select national and regional health plans
- Collaborate internally with Sales Consultants and Industry Market Leaders to create industry relevant presentations and demonstrations for the target market and function
- Develop proposals, business cases and ROI model for and with Clients
- Partner with Customer Success Teams to ensure ongoing customer success within our largest Health Plan Customers
- Acquire and maintain a working knowledge of the Ushur Platform
What You Bring
- +8 years proven success selling SaaS-based Enterprise Software Solutions
- +3 years proven success selling SaaS-based Enterprise Software Solutions to national Health Plans with more than 500K members
- A demonstrated track record where you consistently have met or exceeded annual quota
- A demonstrated recent history of successful account management of at least 1 national health plan for at least 2 years
- Subject matter expertise in healthcare with rich experience working with health plans on member facing solutions and technologies
- Possess a deep understanding of how technology is leveraged both within health plans and how they interact with their members, brokers and other key stakeholders
- Familiar with how health plans and healthcare companies select technology and solution providers
- Experience at a fast-paced high growth startup environment
- Capable of presenting sophisticated technology solutions at the C-level
- Superb written and oral communications skills
- Ability to own the entire sales cycle from Lead Generation to Contract Close
- Bias to action, high sense of urgency and energy
