- Conduct business analysis activities to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into clear and concise requirements.
- Work closely with development teams to ensure accurate and timely implementation of the identified requirements.
- Perform data analysis to identify patterns, trends, and insights that can inform business decisions.
- Develop and maintain documentation including functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
- Participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements.

- Skilled in configuring and customizing Life Asia systems to meet business needs, conducting user acceptance testing, and providing end-user training and support.
- Additionally, adept at identifying opportunities for process improvement and recommending solutions to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
