US companies often grapple with a significant challenge: a persistent tech talent shortage and the soaring costs associated with hiring locally. This scarcity makes it difficult to scale engineering teams, innovate quickly, and stay competitive. The traditional hiring process is often slow, expensive, and yields a limited pool of candidates. Many businesses find themselves compromising on quality or delaying critical projects due to the inability to find the right skills at the right price point within their domestic market. This is precisely the problem Remote Talent was created to solve.
