Install and maintain Microsoft 365 tenants, Windows Server and Desktop operating systems, and hardware. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement security measures. Provide technical support and guidance to users.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Entra, Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams admin portals
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Scripting
- Strong knowledge of various operating systems (Windows, Apple, etc.) and virtualization technologies
- Familiarity with network protocols, firewall management, and security
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and MDM software is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
