Manage all administrative aspects of multiple rail signaling projects, take accurate meeting minutes, maintain document control processes, and assist with manual administrative tasks. Provide general administrative support to a team of project managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a project administration or similar administrative role, preferably within rail systems, engineering, or construction industries.
- Strong proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel or equivalent) and document formatting (Word, PDF tools, etc.).
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
- Experience with document control processes and systems.
- Flexibility to adapt to new systems and assist with manual work during system transitions.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary project team.
